What you'll do
You establish and lead a global data science program to drive global harmonization, digitalization, and data literacy in the organization
You develop overall concepts for governance, technical platform and user enablement
Together with the business partners, you develop data science use cases and are responsible for communication with management to support decision-making
You build, lead, mentor and coach a central Data Science team (disciplinary)
