Let's talk about the team and you: The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for support and enhancement of healthcare applications (ERP etc.) with the primary goal to support the German and Swiss departments in achieving their business objectives. The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for delivering projects, change requests and support related to the application landscape. The Senior IT Business Analyst is working with IT and business users to provide functional and technical expertise for enhancement initiatives. Let's talk about Responsibilities: Participate in projects as a functional team member, in providing design and reviews in complex application solutions, working with both internal and external software providers, ResMed business and IT staff Closely work with key stakeholders to plan, analyse business requirements, identify issues, find solutions, prioritize workload according to resources, business priorities and strategic goals, and finally execute the agreed implementation plan within time, quality and budget constraints. Work closely with other teams, such as but not limited to; development teams, business analysts, database administrators, system administrators, integrations, business intelligence, eBiz, and Sharepoint teams Participate in regular prioritisation and review meetings with business leaders on Changes, and Projects and provide process improvement recommendations with solid justifications and examples. Assist with Audit and SOx requirements Let’s talk Qualifications and Experience: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations Highly self-motivated and directed Keen attention to detail Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities People engagement and collaboration skills Highly service oriented, implementation of a high customer satisfaction Excellent German and English both written and oral (French will be advantageous) Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision (or Kumavision Med) Experience in software quality management and testing LI-SH1
