We are now looking for a Teamlead ERP Software Engineering. As part of our genuine and ambitious tech & e-commerce teams, you will work on exciting projects with the aim to deliver best-in-class shopping experiences to our customers. Join our transformation towards a tech company and help us to push our technologies and services to the next level.

Where your expertise is needed

• Responsibility for the implementation, analysis and optimization of our Business Central solution including planning, controlling and reporting within our agile development process
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the development team
• Coordinate and be responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of the organization's requirements
• Technical support of the IT business analysts and project managers during all project phases
• Advising the business units on the technical implementation of requirements
• Organization and further development of the development team
• Independent management of external service providers
• Close cooperation with the ERP System Engineering team and the other IT teams

What will help you to master future challenges

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science
• Many years of relevant professional experience in the design and implementation of ERP projects based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central
• Experience in eCommerce environment
• Experience in agile project management
• Several years of experience in people management
• Excellent German and very good written and spoken English skills
