Role Overview:

As a Software Engineering Manager you will lead a team of development and QA engineers that work on core components of our cloud solution UCE. You will plan the workload of the engineering function by providing resources and managing direct activities to meet the needs of our customers while balancing the schedules and cost to the highest standards.

• Identifiy and analyze problems, plans, tasks, and solutions.
• Provide guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks, use judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.
