The team:
We are seeking a professional to join our team as a (Senior) Business Intelligence Analyst (d/f/m).

As the new analyst in the Dealer-Seller Analytics Team, you are supporting the main revenue driver of mobile.de. You want to work in a cross-functional team that has the aspiration to craft the future of the business at mobile.de. To reach this goal, you deliver and explain first class actionable insights to all relevant stakeholders. Are you ready for moving mobility?

The role:

  • Be part of a highly motivated, cross-functional team, having a growth mindset
  • Within the team, you act as a business partner, striving for concrete first class insights
  • Identify KPIs and drive the translation of product and business insights that are relevant for success communication
  • Translate complex data into easy to digest success stories
  • Constantly review and improve existing product communication, together with Marketing Team
  • Support our B2B marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of mobile.de B2B marketing efforts and make recommendations for further improvements
  • Challenge stakeholders to sharpen analytical requests, ranging from ad-hoc analysis over dashboard conception to long term analytical projects
  • Being curious, analytical, and proficient with different data tools and sources, to leverage your skills in an efficient way
  • Define, supervise and own the metrics to measure success of the business and its initiatives
  • Keep up with competition, technology and market trends
  • Become part of a growing global analytics community, dedicated to providing an innovative analytics environment

Who are you:

  • 3+ years of consistent track record in a similar role, i.e. in large cross-functional teams
  • You can act as a consultant and partner towards your team, as well as management peers and support them in making decision-based data
  • You know how to convert sophisticated business questions into specific requirements, relevant metrics and insights, that give clear recommendations
  • Outstanding communication and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization
  • Hands-on experience in one or more business intelligence tools (eg: Tableau, Data Studio, Looker)
  • Data retrieval and visualization (eg: SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Looker) and a solid grasp of statistics
