We, the six-strong, dedicated data team at Waschbär, have set ourselves the goal of enabling data-driven work and thus raising hidden potential at Waschbär. With the development of our data platform, our analyzes and our forecast models, we ensure that our colleagues can use data successfully and meaningfully. This is how we actively shape digitization at Waschbär and can get involved in a wide variety of projects. We are therefore looking for a motivated team member to work with us to implement our growing tasks and many ideas.

Data Ops Engineer (m/f/d)

New tasks awaiting you:

  • You are primarily responsible for building and securing our cloud infrastructure on our Azure account
  • They ensure that relevant databases are connected to our data warehouse
  • You create data based on our customer requirements and make them available to your colleagues - data analysts and data scientists
  • Together with your team, you enable data-driven action and data-driven decision-making
  • You will proactively design projects and processes related to data management

Your skills and experience that you want to contribute to us:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of (business) computer science, software engineering or comparable training
  • You have already gained experience with databases and cloud providers, ideally with Azure
  • You have a high level of data affinity and good knowledge of Python, SQL and Version Control (GIT).
  • You enjoy passing on your knowledge and bring curiosity to the same extent as flexibility
  • You see yourself as a team member who contributes to the success of the company with passion and a sense of responsibility
