For our division Web Analytics at our location in Munich, we are looking for a

(Junior) Web Analyst (m/f/d)


You will be a key player in our data-driven company culture and will have the opportunity to take on responsibility and develop the future of a rapidly growing e-commerce business. Together with the Web Analyst you tackle the tracking and analysis of our e-commerce website in all regions.



  • It will be your job to support the conception, further development, optimization and maintenance of the web tracking set up (using Google Tag Manager) as well as the development and maintenance of the Big Query set up.
  • Specifically, you implement new and maintain existing marketing pixels, create of Jira-tickets and test new tracking implementations.
  • Your technical Google Analytics know-how is top-notch and you help with the migration to GA4 and the server-side migration of Google Tag Manager (incl. documentation, stakeholder trainings, dashboard set up).
  • Always up to date and utilizing your excellent communication skills you expertly act as the contact person to stakeholders and inform them about updates in the web analytics environment.
  • Because you understand that inertia means regress, you collaborate with your line manager in the analysis of the shopping and buying behavior and new feature usage incl. elaboration of calls to action.
  • You not only have an eye for numbers, but know how to visualize their significance: creating dashboards and visualizing your findings completes your plethora of exciting tasks.



  • University degree or equivalent with an analytical focus
  • Working experience in web analytics with a strong technical understanding of the web and the function of a web shop
  • Profound knowledge in tag management systems (preferably Google Tag Manager), first experience with ticket (e.g. JIRA) and collaboration (e.g. MS Teams) systems; experience in working with Google Big Query is a plus
  • Basic technical understanding of IT development processes online as well as basic marketing know-how
  • Basic knowledge about data protection online (consent) is advantageous
  • Fit in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills (German & English), drive and personal responsibility to promote our mission of data-based decision-making
