You are a committed self- starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong qualifications.

  • Advanced degree in political science, public policy, international relations, economics, statistics or related field, with strong emphasis on quantitative approaches and from an acclaimed university
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the global development sector, working for a leading international organization or a consulting firm
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Interest in working on multidisciplinary projects and developing data-driven analytical approaches / services
    • Well-organized, attentive to detail, and good knowledge of MS-office tools; advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
    • Strong command of R (for automating data collection processes including data cleaning and data mining techniques) is a must. Knowledge of modular programming
    in R is an asset
    • Experience with Power BI and Google Analytics/Ads is an asset
    • In-depth knowledge of and demonstrated work experience in using OECD DAC databases on official development assistance (ODA); expertise on other development finance-related data bases (e.g., UNOCHA FTS) a strong asset
    • Experience drafting high-quality presentations and reports, complemented by strong oral communication skills
    • Team player with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to client service in fast-paced environment
    • Fluency in written and oral English
