Job Description

Tasks

Build and maintain complex statistical models for demand prediction

Manage various database objects over My SQL/SQL servers

Analyse complex data sets and create clear and precise reports and dashboards for the entire Operations Team

Identify volume trends and user behaviours and translate results into actionable tasks for our Real Time Management and Workforce Planning Team

Handle performance related enquiries and provide ad-hoc data analysis on a short notice

Qualifications

Several years of professional experience in the field of data science, with a focus on predictive analytics

Extensive experience in scripting languages such as Python, R, etc.

Expertise in data visualization Tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Grafana

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and “outside the box”

Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous way of working

Fluency in English spoken and written, German language skills are a plus
