YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE
Our highly motivated Business Intelligence Team shares a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions and working in a highly collaborative environment. Kick-start your career and join our team for a 6 months internship or shorter.
In detail, your main tasks will be the following:
- Work on exciting data projects supporting our stakeholders in both B2B/B2C units of Helpling
- Translate business questions to data models with SQL
- Build ETL pipelines to integrate data from various sources
- Create clear and informative visualizations in Tableau to help us answer business questions and make better decisions
- Support of the C-level & other departments with ad-hoc analyses for data-driven decisionmaking
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You are a student or recent graduate with a strong academic background in computer science/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics or another quantitative field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; SQL and Python and any other automation tool are a plus
- Passionate about data and eager to learn & adapt new tools
- An analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
- Ideally you are interested in a hybrid way of working (office/homeoffice) - if necessary the internship could be also fully remote
