Senior Data Analyst for Energy Transition (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing state of the art tools, methodologies, and technologies to develop end to end analytical solutions that will drive Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization
  • Responsible to work closely with Ship- and Shoreside specialists to develop ideas & concepts as well as models, algorithms, and innovative tools to support the business in various Energy saving initiatives
  • Structuring and streamlining in-house software development initiatives
  • Coordinate with the software development & analytics team to move data and algorithms into cloud based solutions

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in a data science or business intelligence role with a hands-on experience as data analyst, data engineer, or similar
  • 3+ years’ experience in software development to bridge gap between data analysis towards end user application
  • Strong coding skills in Python, julia, C#, R or similar
  • Hands on experience with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or similar
  • Experience with Azure Synapse, Snowflakes or similar
  • Experience with multithreading/parallelism methods in Python
  • Basic understanding of software architecture patterns
