Your job

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist (f/m/d) Data Warehouse to support our team with equipment integration and the further development of production systems at the Flensburg location.

Your tasks

Would you like to support Danfoss in driving our transformation towards Industry 4.0? Then become part of our extensive Automotive Ramp-Up and contribute to setting up an MES system!

You will look after the data warehouse and be responsible for further development. At the same time, you are actively involved in the migration to the Azure Cloud and develop reporting solutions and data models.

In addition to the conception and implementation of ETL processes, you also make a significant contribution to the further development and optimization of the existing system functionality and actively contribute your own ideas.

You also take care of the extraction and processing of process and machine data in the data warehouse / SCADA and always have an eye on the creation of visualizations and reporting for the respective departments.

The development and presentation of concepts, the development of solutions and the optimization of internal processes round off your area of ​​responsibility.

your profile

You have a degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics or a similar course or training or further education. In addition, we wish:

• Professional experience in the field of business intelligence/data warehouse/reporting
• Knowledge in the areas:
  • MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), MS Power Bi und MS SQL Server, MS Azure
• Experience in the field of data management in cloud environments and big data, e.g. Kafka
• A high degree of initiative, communication skills and organizational skills
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
