What she expects:

• You design and create robust, high-performance and adaptable database schemas (Postgres DB, Postgis) and implement, test and deploy optimized solutions for processing big data (Spark, Kafka)

• You develop, optimize and coordinate procedures, SQL scripts and indexes (SQL).

• You are responsible for the statistical data analysis, preparation and cleaning of the data for data science solution (Python Data Science Stack)

• You will further develop our Azure cloud infrastructure (AKS, Docker, NGINX) and design the deployment processes (Helm, Argo Workflows, Git)

• You are responsible for the development and maintenance of ETL batch processes for matching datasets (Python, SQL, dbt).

• You comply with the relevant security requirements for sensitive data (IAM, Key Management, Encryption-at-Rest)

• You will improve our monitoring and alerting setups and work with designers, developers and system administrators

What we expect:

• You have completed a (technical) university degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business informatics, economics or a comparable course

• You have domain know-how in mobility, heat, energy transition and energy networks and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience

• You already have experience with agile working methods such as Scrum and also have good knowledge of German and English

• You always convey the aspiration to achieve above-average performance, but you are not satisfied with mediocrity

• You show interest in further development in the field of environmental protection and derive concrete goals for your own area of ​​responsibility from overarching strategies

• You actively encourage team collaboration and are creative in finding new ways to add value to the organization
