company profile

“In the beginning I looked around but couldn't find the car I was dreaming of. So I decided to build it myself.”

This sentence by Ferdinand Porsche sums up everything that defines Porsche. As a brand, as a company, as an automobile manufacturer, as an employer. The "Porsche idea" has produced such unique sports cars as the Porsche 356 or the 911. By combining tradition and innovation with the Porsche-typical, sometimes somewhat unconventional way of thinking of our employees, we make automotive dreams come true and always have that "something more" in mind. However, Porsche is much more than "just" an exclusive sports car manufacturer. Because Porsche also has a lot to offer as an employer: a wide range of entry and career opportunities, measures for the compatibility of work and family as well as flexible working time models.
