What you will be doing
You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Data Analyst in the Cabin & Cargo Engineering Strategy & Transformation team and can expect to be involved in the following:
Development and implementation of digital solutions eg. metrics/KPIs to quantify the business performance in Cabin & Cargo engineering. This includes data collection / ingestion, data cleaning, data analysis and visualization, ie. the development of both backend (data analysis pipeline) and frontend (eg. dashboard). This will typically require a deep understanding of the actual business need which you will develop in close alignment with the business. Platforms: Skywise (Contour, CodeWorkbook, Code Authoring, Slate, Workshop), Google DataStudio, Qlik Sense, potentially Google Cloud Platform.
Development of business task automation routines and digital solutions, and their deployment. Examples:
Business management: collection and aggregation of planned activities versus available workforce
Management of tool & training deployment in Cabin & Cargo Engineering: training needs analysis, complex distribution list management
Platforms: Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, Google AppSheet, Google DataStudio
Process automation eg.
cabin stress dossier digitalization
end-to-end “cabin - flight physics - airframe”: impact of cabin layout changes on interface loads and primary structure
Platforms: AWS, python, REACT, MyService, Skywise
What you will learn:
Understand the Airbus Cabin & Cargo ecosystem with its specific challenges
Understand the Airbus business processes
Leverage the know-how of various Airbus Data Analytics & AI communities, both in Cabin & Cargo and beyond
Learn best practices for data analysis projects: levers for success, in particular regarding added value, stakeholder management and customer buy-in
Become proficient on the various Airbus data analytics platforms, eg. Skywise, Google, AWS, MyService, …
Transforming a rather traditional engineering organization into a data driven organization
What we look for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate;
Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
Maximum of three years relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

You understand the combination of data analytics and business processes with a focus on business/industrial problem solving
SAP Hana calculation views or SQ01/SQ02 experience would be a plus
Experience with DevOps tools / modern tech stack & practices would be a plus

The entry level salary for 2022 was 53.369,70 EUR (per year). Salaries are subject to change after the negotiations with social partners.
