Business Data Analyst (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent planning, control and implementation of harmonized and consistent reporting solutions in close cooperation with the departments

• Design and develop report visualizations to present complex content in a simple and intuitive way

• Business analytics "end-to-end" along PATRIZIA's digital value chain, along with the design of data flows and data sets

• Assistance in providing a central reporting framework and implementing a central data lake

• Taking over maintenance, ensuring operation and support for implemented output formats within the reporting framework

• Takeover of software, process and management consulting activities as well as the group-wide institutionalization of these activities

What you bring:

• You have a degree in business administration, real estate management or business informatics or comparable professional training

• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in the real estate or financial sector, ideally in the AIFM business of real estate funds - and possibly also in the software consulting environment

• Ideally, you have advanced knowledge of the use of portfolio management systems and Microsoft Power BI in the context of analysis, development and further development of output-oriented reporting formats

• You already have basic knowledge of SQL databases and business intelligence solutions or advanced Excel-based controlling solutions

• You have a high affinity for complex systems and data flows and their integration into a networked system landscape

• You have very good knowledge of methods in classic and agile project business with interdisciplinary teams, ideally in an international environment
