We, the bdg | better decisions group, are an international corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence (BI) consultancy based in Berlin, Dortmund, Stuttgart, London and Peterborough. Founded by Guido Kurth and Christian Kiock in 2004 - and formerly known as 2k Business Intelligence Solutions - we are available to our customers as a long-term partner of various providers of CPM and BI software.

- Familiarization with the business intelligence software of our partners Jedox, Board and SAP
- Participation in the conception and implementation of tailor-made business intelligence solutions in the areas of analysis, reporting and planning
- Independent work in the project team, also on site at our customers
- Completed degree in (business) computer science (or a comparable)
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent and structured work
- Social and communicative competence
- Knowledge of business processes desirable
- IT project knowledge from BI projects as well as SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as part of the projects
- Good knowledge of English and German

What can you expect from a project with bdg? We design and implement flexible planning and reporting solutions to support companies in the holistic optimisation of their business processes. We accompany our customers throughout the entire project on both the professional and technical side – starting with the evaluation of the suitable software and the joint definition of the company-relevant KPIs through to the complete implementation of the project. For a quick ROI of the project, it is also essential that all users can use the new system. Therefore, we involve the team already in the implementation phase so that they become as competent as convinced users of the new solution.Our focus is customer success – only together can we achieve success. That is why we continue to accompany our customers after the project has been completed, with regular health checks, surveys, updates and support. In addition – and also independent of implementation projects – we offer training by experienced trainers.
