At a glance
The information technology division is the central IT service provider within the SWM Group. The unit is responsible for the conception, development, introduction and ongoing support of all of the company's specific operational information systems. You support the departments in the selection and use of IT solutions in an advisory capacity. The Data Analytics team is responsible, among other things, for the applications for business intelligence (e.g. standard reporting, ad hoc reporting) and analytics (e.g. for big data).
You are welcome to tell us how many weekly working hours you can imagine working with us. The minimum number of hours for the position is 30 per week.

- Advising departments on the effective and efficient use of data analytics solutions
- Analysis and conception of business intelligence requirements as well as ensuring architecturally correct implementation
- Expansion and optimization of existing solutions as well as development of corresponding concepts and their implementation
- Conception, optimization and further development of the data analytics landscape and creation of analytical prototypes
- Conception and detailing of data warehouse concepts as well as data modeling in the company-wide data warehouse (SAP HANA SQL-DWH and SAP BW/4HANA)

- Completed (technical) university degree in (business) computer science, or equivalent knowledge from professional practice with several years of relevant professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence solutions in the SQL data warehouse environment (SAP HANA, XSA, DWF or similar) and SAP BW/4HANA as well as analytics solutions based on them such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office, SAP Datasphere etc.
- Experience with comprehensive architectural concepts and databases as well as in-depth knowledge of data warehouse modeling (modeling techniques Data Vault, 3NF and ADAPT - cube models), RE methods and the necessary security concepts
- In-depth knowledge of the interaction between data supply, data management, data quality and a metadata repository
- Ideally experience in IT project and product management (iterative, agile, hybrid) as well as with the general processes, structures and BI applications of an energy supplier
