Your tasks:
- Active design of the Hirschvogel Business Intelligence (BI) strategy
- Driving forward the technical development of the data warehouse architecture and the development of a data lake for production data
- Creating an appropriate infrastructure framework to successfully carry out BI projects
- Design, implementation and optimization of holistic BI and analytics solutions - from data provision to interactive analysis dashboards
- Analysis of BI requirements as well as the definition, management or collaboration in resulting IT projects (classic & agile)
- Responsibility for change, test and release management for complex BI projects
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in (business) information technology or economics or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the data engineering and data analytics environment
- Proven knowledge of (SQL) databases and data modeling
- Preferably experience in BI development with Microsoft Azure Services (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Power BI)
- Further knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse technologies such as SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Business Planning & Consolidation or SAP Business Objects is a big plus
- Strong team and communication skills
- Proactive way of working and willingness to take on responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English
