What you can achieve with us:
  • Establish and further develop an effective data governance framework in the HIL by defining roles, responsibilities and processes and promoting the acceptance and implementation of data governance practices by building internal networks and relationships
  • Derivation of requirements for HIL-wide framework conditions for proper data management for the specialist departments by implementing requirements into practical solutions
  • Management of the Data Governance Steering Committee including preparation and follow-up by moderating meetings and making decisions to promote the implementation of data governance measures
  • Conception and updating of business continuity management in HIL through analysis of risks and development of strategies to ensure business continuity
  • Integrating data security and data protection into all data governance and business continuity management activities by considering data protection aspects and communicating effectively with various stakeholders
What you bring:
  • a completed master’s degree (university/technical college) or comparable in the field of economics or computer science
  • At least 5 years of professional experience including professional experience in a consulting environment
  • Knowledge of strategic management and/or corporate transformation
  • good MS Office knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Analytical and communicative strength, a high degree of teamwork skills and the ability to work independently and with a focus on results
