To strengthen our new, central and internationally growing "Group Data Management" division, we are looking for a Team Lead Master Data Management (f/m/d) for our headquarters in Hamburg or from our home office in Germany .
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for master data management in our future SAP S/4HANA setup
- Development and implementation of comprehensive master data governance to ensure optimal data quality and monitoring of master data quality
- Close cooperation with stakeholders at all levels - sales, controlling, management
- Technical management of an international team (data stewards, data agents)
- Support with the introduction and international roll-out of SAP S/4HANA
- Development and implementation of effective data integration solutions
- Definition and monitoring of SLAs and KPIs
Your profile:
- Completed business informatics degree or training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the above-mentioned field of responsibility, especially in the areas of data governance and data quality as well as sound SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG knowledge, preferably in project management as a project manager
- Experience in the chemical sector or the distribution of chemical raw materials is an advantage
- Negotiating strength and decisiveness
- Result-oriented working method, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Integrative personality who can lead a team successfully
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
