Mitteldeutsche Netzgesellschaft Strom mbH (MITNETZ STROM), with its business address in Kabelsketal, is a wholly owned subsidiary of envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG (enviaM). As the largest regional distribution network operator in eastern Germany, MITNETZ STROM is responsible for the planning, operation and marketing of the enviaM electricity network, among other things. The electricity distribution network managed by MITNETZ STROM is around 74,000 kilometers long and extends across parts of the federal states of Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.

These exciting tasks await
- You provide technical guidance to assigned employees.
- You support the organization of operational processes in your area of responsibility.
- You will be responsible for specialist topics relating to the operation, maintenance and construction of substations.
- You accompany acceptance tests and prepare commissioning.
- You evaluate the network conditions and derive network-related measures.
A profile that inspires us
- You have completed master craftsman or technician training in the field of electrical engineering.
- Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in the electricity grid sector and already have a 110 kV switching authorization.
- You are willing to participate in on-call shifts.
- Your way of working is characterized by a high level of personal responsibility.
- You impress with your communication skills.
