THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

  • Design, construction, installation, testing and maintenance of highly scalable data management systems
  • Development and maintenance of ETL processes for integrating data from different sources
  • Optimizing the performance of data pipelines and data architecture
  • Ensuring data availability and quality for analysis and reporting
  • Implementing data governance and security measures to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Continuous evaluation of new data technologies and tools to improve data processing and storage capabilities

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed (Bachelor's) degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, business informatics or a related field
  • At least 2 years of proven professional experience in the field of data technology or in the above-mentioned field of responsibility
  • Good programming skills (Python, Java) as well as knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Understanding and experience with AWS services desirable
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g. S3, Redshift or similar) as well as data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
