EXCITING TASKS AWAIT YOU

• Definition of a suitable BI architecture (including DWH layer, technologies),
• Checking compliance with the defined standards of the BI strategy, architecture and tools used,
• Contact person for BI applications and/or services,
• Development of proposals for an adequate further development of the architecture within the framework of products and services,
• Development of specifications for tool and architecture standards; derivation of models and conventions from the requirements,
• Creation and development of physical and logical data models,
• Implementation of data models in the data marts,
• Implementation of BI projects and BI governance,
• Creation, adaptation and further development of a framework for the standardization of procedures, methods and development processes,
• Introduction of Agile BI and corresponding methods,
• Definition and creation of interfaces to the previous systems and data sources,
• Implementation of loading processes for the staging layer,
• Documentation of the data structures provided,
• Identification of additional required data suppliers and attributes,
• Responsibility for quality processes (including troubleshooting of incorrect and missing data),
• Development of dashboards and reports,
• We introduce: Data Lakehouse in Azure Fabric, Reporting in Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics as planning software

YOUR SKILLS

• You have completed a degree in (business) information technology or have an equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience.
• You will enrich our team with extensive knowledge of BL and DWH architecture as well as good SQL skills.
• You are familiar with the technologies used and common tools and manufacturers on the market.
• You master the basics of data modeling.
• You work independently and with strategic vision.
• You are a team player, have strong communication skills and are committed.
• Experience in the real estate industry would be helpful.
• Knowledge and further training in the field of data science would be desirable.
