We spend approximately one third of our day in work. This is why, at Syskron, we offer both an exciting job and everything needed to produce creative ideas. At Syskron, we have 30 days leave each year. In addition, Christmas Eve (24/12) and New Year’s Eve (31/12) are regular days off and a day’s leave is not required for either. You can also convert your bonus into even more leave days (up to three days a year).
A little party never killed nobody! We feel it is important to have a good time together and therefore also encourage this way of thinking after work. Each team is awarded a fixed budget to celebrate successes with one another at the company’s expense – and is free to choose when, where and how it is spent. Every year, we also look forward to our summer party, where our corporate management gladly takes on the job of barkeeper.
