Your tasks
- As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work across different areas to bring AI solutions into practical end-to-end use cases.
- Your work will focus on the conceptual design and implementation of complex cloud solutions in the context of generative AI.
- To enable the implementation of AI solutions, you will design and realize efficient architectures for storing and processing data based on stakeholder needs and system requirements.
- In the AI context, you will monitor and manage all aspects of system security, performance, storage, incidents, utilization, backup and recovery for databases, AI applications and infrastructure on AWS.
- You develop software with high code quality (reliable, maintainable, efficient, secure, carefully documented and tested).
- You take responsibility for the consideration of GenAI best practices within the AI team and sensitize various stakeholders in this regard.
Your profile
- You have proven experience as a software/data engineer in the context of AI with in-depth knowledge of (Azure/AWS) cloud services and programming with Python.
- You possess practical experience in the design and implementation of GenAI-based solutions and best practices.
- You have in-depth knowledge of machine learning and generative models (e.g. GANs, VAEs, diffusion, transformers, ...).
- In addition to your strong team spirit, you have a motivating and supportive personality.
- Communication is easy for you in both German and English, as you are fluent in both languages.

Each team is awarded a fixed budget to celebrate successes with one another at the company’s expense – and is free to choose when, where and how it is spent.
