- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for adhesive formulations and tape performance prediction.- Adhere to company quality management (QM) processes and procedures according to the Integrated Management System (IMS), considering enterprise environmental factors in daily tasks.- Research and evaluate commercially available AI software to enhance R&D capabilities.- Analyze and interpret data to identify correlations, trends, and technical insights that can inform product development.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions.- Communicate research findings and technical insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- Build, validate, and maintain data models to support R&D activities.- Collaborate with the IT team to leverage digital solutions for analyzing historical test data.- Stay updated on advances and innovations in the fields of research, science, and material informatics.- Search and review technical information, including patents, technical papers, and trade journal articles.

- Master's degree in Science, Technical or Engineering discipline1 with at least 5 years of respective professional experience- Expertise with digitalization of production processes and systems- Strong knowledge and experience in programming and production systems, particularly with Siemens control systems (TIA Portal, Step 7 , etc.)- Proficiency in connecting and providing process data, as well as integrating interfaces with higher-level systems.- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality and data visualization tools.- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, cloud-based platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), analytic tools, LLM, Gen AI.- Language skills: English fluent and German proficient- Ability to;
