Job Description

As an IT expert in the field of artificial intelligence, you can expect a diverse range of tasks with numerous projects and development opportunities. The aim is to advance the use of AI in the company for Volkswagen Infotainment GmbH. You will deal with the conception and implementation of AI solutions and corresponding infrastructures. You will create company-wide training concepts for AI and interact with various departments in the VW Group. You will take technical responsibility for your projects and contribute your specialist knowledge.

Your tasks include:

  • You maintain and service the portfolio of various AI implementations within Volkswagen Infotainment GmbH
  • You work on internal AI projects
  • You accompany proofs of concept, proofs of technology and real projects using (generative) artificial intelligence
  • You are responsible for the conception, selection and implementation of training on AI
  • You network within the CARIAD/VW Group on the topic of AI

Your profile:

  • You have completed a technical degree (e.g. computer science) or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
  • You have extensive knowledge in the field of AI (e.g. machine learning and deep learning)
  • You have knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow)
  • Your German and English skills are confident in speaking and writing
  • You have initial experience with AI licensing models
  • It is easy for you to think "out of the box" and approach challenges creatively
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructures (e.g. Kubernetes, Ansible) and a language used in the AI ​​field (e.g. Python, R or Julia) is also desirable.
