Cyber ​​Security Analyst - Basel/SUI Region (f/m/d)

• Investigation or triage of cyber security incidents within the SOC & SIEM platform.
• Proactively research and monitor security-relevant log sources to help identify threats to networks, systems and data.
• Management of incident responses and timely coordination of mitigation measures in collaboration with our customers.
• Providing recommendations or workarounds to our customers to reduce business impact.
• Perform basic malware analysis and forensic analysis of network activity, hard drives and storage.
• Creating reports and visualizations of security attacks for the customer or service manager.
• Implementation and operation of SOC-relevant technologies (e.g. SIEM)
• Willingness to work shifts and on-call duty

• Completed university degree in cyber security or computer science with a focus on cyber security
• Knowledge in the areas of network, endpoints and operating systems with at least 3-5 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of security/network environment
• Certifications in the security environment are an advantage
• Experience with SIEM and/or EDR tools desirable
• Willingness to undertake personal training and development in the area of ​​cyber security
• Fluent German and good English
