Are you driven to shape the Cyber ​​Security strategy and embed a culture of resilience? Amer Sports is looking for a talented Cyber ​​Security GRC Expert to join our team in Garching near Munich. As part of our Cyber ​​Security Risk Management team, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our global operations with robust security measures.

What you will be doing:

• Comprehensive Understanding: Deep familiarity with Amer Sports' security policies, standards, and controls. Provide expert consultation to business and technical stakeholders on policy application.

• Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine cyber security standards and controls to optimize coverage and efficacy.

• Support and Oversight: Assist in executing controls, conducting risk assessments, and providing GRC-related expertise to IT projects and security architecture.

• Optional Contribution: Develop security architecture templates, patterns, and guides for technical subsystems or business processes.

• Enhanced Reporting: Define and support various reporting initiatives to identify strengths and weaknesses in our security posture. Adapt communication strategies based on audience needs.

• Process Enhancement: Define and support security-related processes and workflows to streamline operations.

What you need to succeed:

• Expertise and Experience: Subject matter expertise in securing major cloud platforms, on-premise clusters, global networks, or Microsoft 365. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in executing cyber security programs.

• Security Assessment and Implementation: At least 3 years of experience conducting security assessments, recommending solutions for IT solutions (applications and infrastructure), and successfully implementing security policies and technologies.

• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of ISO27001-based Information Security Management Systems. Ability to structure technical documents and guidelines for clarity and comprehension. Proficient in English with the ability to support concepts with diagrams and graphics.

• Enthusiastic Mindset: Approach security discussions with enthusiasm and positivity, making complex topics engaging and accessible.

• Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration across international teams and stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Professional security certifications are a plus.
