Product Owner / Developer Data & AI (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• Product responsibility: You take responsibility for the integration of AI and advanced analytics into our data analytics landscape, from planning to implementation and continuous development. You will be in close contact with the other product owners (m/f/x) of our data analytics landscape and our data scientists (m/f/x)
• Technical collaboration: In addition to product development, you will actively participate in the development of solutions, especially in the area of ​​machine learning with Azure ML based on Python
• Strategic direction: You define the long-term goals and roadmap for AI and machine learning initiatives to ensure that they align with business goals and user needs
• Requirements management: You promote personal exchange within the team and conduct interviews and workshops with users and stakeholders (m/f/x) to collect product requirements. You define work packages and development projects based on this feedback
• Task prioritization and milestone monitoring: You set priorities for development work and continuously monitor progress to ensure that the set milestones are achieved

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner (m/f/x) in the data area, as a Data Scientist (m/f/x) or in a comparable position in the field of data analytics, business intelligence or machine learning
• In-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of machine learning models. Ideally, you have already been able to apply various machine learning & AI methodologies in practice
• Practical experience in using Azure ML, LLM and developing with Python. In addition to prototypical implementations, you have already gained experience in scaling machine learning solutions in production environments and are familiar with the associated infrastructure and architecture topics (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into understandable visualizations to answer user queries
• Ability to clearly organize and efficiently carry out tasks and processes as well as experience in prioritizing tasks and monitoring project milestones
• Excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken German and English
