Job Description

Your tasks
  • You act as an interface between the specialist departments and IT.
  • You represent the topic of Data & AI both internally and externally, e.g. through workshops, lectures and participation in specialist conferences and events.
  • You provide our customers with holistic advice in the business areas of Business Data & AI (Strategy & Governance), Data Analytics, Machine Learning and AI as well as Process Management.
  • You will be responsible for developing use cases that are suitable for data analytics & AI.
  • You will conduct workshops on process recording and modeling and planning, controlling and optimizing business processes as well as setting up process management.
  • You are a mentor, coach and role model for your employees and a sparring partner for your managers.
Your profile
  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting with a focus on banking, energy, transport & logistics or insurance and possibly as an in-house consultant in a global/international customer environment
  • Project experience in the area of ​​data & AI or digitalization strategies
  • Good knowledge especially of trends, challenges and developments in automation and AI
  • Experience in leading/coaching and developing distributed or virtual teams
  • Confident demeanor and independent action when dealing with internal and external interfaces
  • A successfully completed university degree
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel as part of customer support and consulting projects within the DACH region
