Founding AI Engineer - telli (YC-Backed Startup)

One of our newest portfolio companies, telli, part of Y Combinator's Fall '24 batch, is looking for a Founding AI Engineer to help shape the future of AI-driven call automation. About telli

We're on a mission to revolutionize operations-heavy industries with an AI-powered call automation platform. Our technical cofounder, Seb, along with Finn and Philipp, brings extensive experience from scaling Enpal's heat pump unit from 0 to 150 employees. Now, we're harnessing AI voice agents to disrupt phone operations.

Currently, telli manages 1,000 calls per day, with four paying pilot customers. We aim to scale to 10 customers by year's end, and the Founding AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in achieving that goal.

Ideal Experience:

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
