We in the "BUSINESS FINANCE & CONTROLLING" department support all business areas at Tom Tailor with our technical, analytical and communicative skills. We create KPI reports, ad hoc analyses, budget planning and forecasts - and are also responsible for the financial evaluation, analysis and review of business cases. We always keep an eye on how even better results can be achieved. As important partners for all departments, we attach great importance to complete transparency about the Group's business development.
As the "DATA ANALYTICS" department, our main task is to enable the #TTCrew to handle data. To do this, we provide the necessary data sources and ensure that they are harmonized in order to create a central and reliable database for the company. In everything we do, we always maintain the company's analytical infrastructure. Part of this is the development and implementation of AI algorithms, for example to automate processes. We make complex things understandable and at the same time drive innovation - that is our mission as data detectives, AI magicians and reporting rockstars. How does that work? Through team spirit, proactivity, innovation, transparency and cooperation.

Your Mission.

  • In addition to the technical management and further development of the analytics data architecture, your area of ​​responsibility includes the disciplinary management of our Analytics & AI team

  • You are also responsible for the professional development of our employees in your department

  • You design and analyze data models and ETL processes

  • Furthermore, the collection and implementation of AI use cases and the associated support of the AI ​​strategy are in your hands

  • To ensure the success of our AI strategy, you are in constant communication with our specialist departments

Your Story.

  • In addition to several years of professional experience in data engineering & analytics, you also have proven experience in leading a team and implementing projects

  • You have extensive expertise in SQL and DWH data modeling as well as sound knowledge of DBT and ETL development

  • You also have proven experience in designing complex data pipelines and knowledge of machine learning

  • You are able to use Python for Data Engineering & Analytics
