As part of our cloud tech team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing data pipelines to make large amounts of data usable in real time

  • Implementation using Google Cloud (such as Pubsub, Dataflow, BigQuery) and open source products

  • aggregation and analysis of large amounts of data

  • Evaluation of new technologies and development of PoCs

  • Migrating data to the Google Cloud Platform
  • Monitoring, alerting and improvement of running systems

  • Collaboration with other developers, customer engineers and data analysts

  • Exchange with our customers' technical contacts

  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification

  • You have already gained experience in projects with a large amount of data

  • You have good Python knowledge

  • You have knowledge of databases, data warehouses and are confident in using SQL

  • You have already gained experience with cloud technologies

  • You have very good analytical skills and a very good technical understanding

  • Your work is characterized by a sense of responsibility and quality as well as solution orientation

bonus point(s)
  • You already have experience with dbt (batch) and Spark (stream)

  • You have collected certificates in the Google Cloud world

  • You have implemented use cases with geodata

  • You are familiar with Docker containers

  • You know the basics of machine learning

  • You have experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau or Power BI)

  • You have some experience with JavaScript
