Data Intelligence & Analytics
We are the Data Intelligence & Analytics Unit of Deichmann SE and the experts when it comes to data, analysis and machine learning. With our innovative, analytical data products, developed in close cooperation with our experts from the specialist departments, we anchor a "data-driven" mindset - be it in the context of omnichannel, eCommerce, marketing, pricing, purchasing or logistics. We use modern technologies and concepts - always with the aim of making our business better and our customers happier.
Agile development of reports and dashboards in cross-functional teams of data engineers, data scientists, data analysts and stakeholders from the specialist departments
Conception and implementation of analyses and development, especially in the CRM context, e.g. for customer segmentation and forecast models
Conception and development of data products and their automation in close cooperation with our data engineers
Processing of complex ad hoc requests, visualization of results and creation of recommendations for action
Support of day-to-day operations with data, analyses and insights
Close coordination with the specialist departments, e.g. CRM and other stakeholders in Deichmann SE
Successfully completed studies in statistics, (business) mathematics, (business) informatics, economics, natural sciences or a comparable vocational training or qualification
Professional experience in the preparation, analysis and presentation of data, especially customer data
Experience in the use of statistical methods such as the implementation and success evaluation of A/B tests and the development of forecast models
Strong operational focus, a pragmatic Hands-on mentality and strong teamwork skills
Advanced knowledge of SQL, database structures and data models
Good programming skills in Python and experience with the Python Data Stack
Experience with Excel and BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
