DevOps Engineer MongoDB

• Job description: Administering, maintaining and automating database applications and processes in the data center
• Implementing deployment pipeline based on CI / CD with Gitlab, Ansible and other tools
• Administering, automating and configuring load balancing and reverse proxy, e.g. with Nginx
• Operating and maintaining MongoDB based on containers on Kubernetes / MongoDB Ops Managers / Operator
• Monitoring the solutions with Prometheus / Grafana and creating documentation and concepts

• Skills: Completed IT specialist training, degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the DevOps environment, especially in the administration of Kubernetes and MongoDB
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB (architecture, administration, backup), and Kubernetes (architecture, Helm, cluster, backup)
• Project experience in Gitlab CI/CD, JFrog Artifactory, Docker, Ansible, containers, orchestration, monitoring, cloud and security management
• Willingness to participate in a security audit within the framework of the regulations in the IT environment Fluent written and spoken German (C1 level); English is an advantage

Contract type: Permanent or project-based employment

Salary: 70,000 – 90,000 EUR

Home office: 100% (1x per quarter in Norderstedt)

Duration of the project: 03/2025 – 12/2025 with VO
