your tasks
- As Head of Business Intelligence (BI), you have strategic responsibility for the use of BI at enthus, including establishing a BI and data strategy, guidelines for data management and data quality (governance), architecture and technology selection, as well as strategic projects
- You and your team are responsible for implementing new requirements within the framework of projects, ad hoc analyses and longer-term initiatives; you prioritize new requirements in close cooperation with the specialist departments and are responsible for implementation and project management from the data source to the frontend
- Together with your team, you are responsible for operational operations and quality assurance; you ensure that key figures, reports and analyses are provided reliably and that data quality and compliance with standards are continuously monitored and ensured
- You are committed to being an ambassador for analytical and data-driven work at enthus; you actively approach specialist departments and colleagues, ensure knowledge transfer and promote a data-driven corporate culture among technical and non-technical target groups
- As a technical and disciplinary manager, you lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of BI experts and data scientists
your profile
- You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or data science or have a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in data analysis as well as in the integration, architecture and continuous optimization of complex business intelligence solutions
- You have in-depth knowledge and practical experience with modern DWH architectures, ETL processes and analysis methods; your in-depth knowledge of Data Vault, CI/CD, DWA and Lakehouse will inspire us
- You are an expert in Microsoft BI tools (e.g. Power BI, ADF, SQL Server, Logic Apps, DevOps) and have good knowledge of T-SQL, DAX and PowerShell
- You have a strong ability to analyze complex data and transform it into strategic recommendations
- You have proven experience in leading teams and promoting talent
- You have excellent communication skills at all levels of the company, including with non-technical stakeholders
- High level of initiative, strategic thinking and innovative spirit; team-oriented and solution-oriented working methods as well as fluent German skills round off your profile
