Job Description

The Information Management department in the Integration team is currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f) who will primarily support the technical transformation to Google Cloud technology in the existing teams. A core task is also to participate in various projects over the long term.

Your tasks
  • New and further developments of the services and applications managed by the team in Java and JavaScript including maintenance
  • Collaboration in projects as well as in the line from analysis and design to development, testing, documentation and implementation
  • Support for professional and technical changes and the commissioning of new services
  • Conception and implementation of quality assurance, performance and other improvement measures
  • Mentoring and coaching the team during the transformation

Your qualifications

  • Completed degree (e.g. Business Information Technology/Bachelor of Science) or comparable training
  • Many years of experience in software development with Java, JavaScript and Angular
  • Experience with the following technologies: Spring Boot, Spring Web MVC, Terraform, Docker, SwaggerUI, YAML, SonarCloud, Lombok, Mapstruct, XML, Maven, CI/CD with GitHub Actions
  • Very good knowledge of Google Cloud technologies
  • Independent working style, ability to think and work in a structured and conceptual manner
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • High level of commitment, teamwork and creativity
