Your task

Play an active role in shaping ITENOS' digital transformation and ensure that new customer experiences are created through IT automation and IT transformation. Our team ensures that our customers and our own business areas are equipped with systems that optimally support business processes.

Your tasks in detail are:

• Independent conception and development of frontend and backend systems, microservices and solutions for process automation – always oriented towards the requirements of the specialist departments
• Independent further development of processes and workflows as well as derivation of IT adaptations regarding automation/digitization
• Optimization of standard methods and tools for the development, deployment and trouble-free operation of applications
• Testing, acceptance and roll-out of technical solutions, including conception and implementation of user training
• Implementation of incident management according to ITIL and system administration

Your profile

Are you characterized by strong analytical thinking skills coupled with a high level of initiative? In addition, your customer and service orientation supports you in your day-to-day business when it comes to requirements from specialist departments.

In addition, you bring the following experience:

• Studies or vocational training in the IT sector with relevant professional experience in the application environment and/or in software development projects
• Solid knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA), software development methods and programming skills (e.g. Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript, etc.)
• Relevant experience in operating and database systems (e.g. Linux, MySQL server, PostgreSQL), especially in the Linux environment
• Knowledge and practical experience in DevOps tools and processes, such as CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
