Data Engineer Consultant

Your profile / requirements

• To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in data engineering, consultant, or a related field
• Experience with SQL, Python or any other tool for data processing
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data warehouses
• Experience with big data technologies is a plus
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data governance principles
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Confident presence and professionalism in customer interactions

Tasks and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Optimize data workflows to ensure efficiency, reliability
• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and enable advanced analytics
• Implement and manage data infrastructure
• Ensure data quality, and governance across all data assets
• Automate data processes using ETL frameworks, scripting, and orchestration tools
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering
