YOUR TASKS
- Management and further development of the GRC tool Alygne, including configuration, maintenance and adaptation to current cyber security requirements
- Administration and optimization of JIRA, Confluence and other workplace tools to support the cyber security team's processes
- Analysis of existing work processes of the cyber security team and identification of optimization potential
- Implementation of process automation using scripts, workflows and APIs in the tools used
- Introducing AI-based solutions to increase team efficiency and effectiveness (e.g. for task automation, data analysis or reporting)
- Develop and implement governance standards for the use of team tools to meet compliance and security requirements
- Monitoring tools to ensure availability, security and performance as well as proactive troubleshooting
- Providing data-based insights to top management for decision-making
- Close collaboration with various internal teams, such as Corporate Security, Product Security, Data Privacy, IT and Controlling, to ensure optimal use of the tools
- Support for cross-departmental projects in the cyber security context and introduction of new technologies
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in a STEM subject area, business informatics or comparable training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT or cyber security, ideally with a focus on tool management or process optimization
- Certifications such as ITIL, ISO 27001 or comparable qualifications are an advantage
- Solid knowledge of administration of tools such as JIRA, Confluence and GRC systems as well as experience in process automation (e.g. with Python, PowerShell or other automation frameworks)
- Excellent communication skills, including working with international teams and with top management
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
