This is your role:

• You develop AI-powered automation solutions with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI technologies, from the initial idea through proof of concept to productive implementation.
• You design and implement intelligent process automation in the customer service area, including voice bots and solutions based on Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning and prompt flows.
• You develop customized AI and automation solutions that fit seamlessly into our existing FinTech system landscape – using technologies such as Python, .NET, JavaScript, UiPath and PowerAutomate.
• You optimize AI models for process automation, implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and train specialized ML models for industry-specific applications.
• You develop and improve REST API connections to efficiently link AI-supported workflows with our backend systems and front office tools.
• You ensure the interoperability of AI and RPA solutions by seamlessly integrating them into our existing IT infrastructure and ensuring optimal scalability.
• You are actively involved in the analysis, optimization and documentation of our AI and RPA-supported automations and contribute innovative ideas for further development.
• You work in an interdisciplinary manner with IT operations, infrastructure, data science, business departments and other developers to ensure high-performance AI-supported processes.

This is what you bring with you on the trip:

• You have completed a degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• You have solid experience in developing AI-supported automation solutions, especially with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI or machine learning.
• You have practical experience implementing intelligent process automation, including voicebots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, and prompt flows.
• You have a high level of proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, JavaScript, .NET – ideally with experience in developing and optimizing AI models.
• You have experience with REST APIs, microservices architectures and the seamless integration of backend and frontend systems.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Kubernetes or comparable cloud technologies.
• You are analytically strong, work in a structured manner and have a deep understanding of AI models, their training, optimization and scaling.
• You are a team player who is enthusiastic about the future of AI-powered automation and proactively contributes innovative solutions.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
