This is what you do with us:

• Analysis and optimization of business processes through the use of modern technologies
• Conception and management of AI-supported cloud solutions
• Leading and participating in pilot projects in the field of machine learning and data science, from data architecture to model design to integration into existing workflows and infrastructure
• Evaluation and integration of new technologies and tools to provide innovative AI and automation solutions in facility management
• Advising internal stakeholders on the implementation and scaling of AI applications

This is what we want from you:

• Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable technical/scientific field
• In-depth understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence and data science
• Several years of professional experience in developing, implementing and scaling AI and automation solutions, ideally with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (preferably Microsoft Power Platform) and enjoyment in developing innovative solutions for process optimization
• Structured working methods, initiative and the ability to manage complex projects independently
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, especially in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
