Would you like to gain valuable insights into our business processes? In the Data & RPA department, we work on managing, analyzing and using data resources and identifying automation potential. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate developed solutions into the existing IT infrastructure. Through data management, analysis, integration and data security as well as the implementation of automated processes, we improve efficiency, quality and productivity.

  • You analyze the requirements of our data products and translate them into precise and implementable technical specifications, always keeping the overall vision and strategy in mind
  • With your expertise and your feel for data processes, you will support our teams in developing innovative data solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external customers
  • You will work closely with other product owners, developers and other stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are clearly defined and understood – you will create clarity
  • You will also actively support the development and implementation of data products and processes and contribute to the optimization of existing systems – you will arouse enthusiasm for data-driven solutions
  • Using a holistic approach, you analyze existing data structures and processes, identify optimization potential and thus ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness in our data processes
What you bring with you
  • Several years of experience as a product owner or in a similar role, ideally in the field of data science, data engineering or business intelligence
  • Sound knowledge of the application of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and the corresponding tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to communicate complex technical contexts in an understandable manner
  • Experience in process optimization and agile project management
  • An agile mindset with the values ​​of commitment, appreciation, flexibility and empathy
