Would you like to gain valuable insights into our business processes? In the Data & RPA department, we work on managing, analyzing, and leveraging data resources and identifying automation potential. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate developed solutions into existing IT infrastructure. Through data management, analysis, integration, and data security, as well as the implementation of automated processes, we improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the data and analytics team, consisting of BI developers, data scientists and data engineers
  • Managing and coordinating collaboration and expectations between various internal stakeholders and the data and analytics team
  • Responsibility for the development of data products
  • You identify disruptions and conflicts within the team at an early stage and create a suitable environment in which the team can resolve them independently
  • You live an open and positive error culture
  • Understanding of current and future technological developments, especially in the area of ​​data platforms (knowledge of Azure and Databricks is an advantage)

What you bring with you
  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, statistics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in leading teams in the field of data and analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of data warehousing (DWH) and business intelligence (BI)
  • Ideally experience with cloud data platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Databricks
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication of complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • High degree of initiative and solution-oriented working method
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
