BI & Data Operations Analyst (m/f/d) in the field of Digital Health

Your area of ​​responsibility:

  • Business Intelligence & Data Analysis : Analyzing complex data to identify trends and patterns. Development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports for operations control.
  • Process optimization : Monitoring and optimization of operational key performance indicators as well as ensuring data integrity through quality checks and further development of data pipelines.
  • Technology & Tools : Use of BI and data analysis tools such as SQL, Metabase and internal programs for analyzing, storing and processing data.
  • Stakeholder communication : Collaboration with internal teams (e.g., psychotherapists, software development, management) to develop data-driven strategies and implement business requirements.
  • Regulatory data protection compliance : Ensuring compliance with data protection and security policies and implementing governance requirements.
  • Support & Troubleshooting : Identification and resolution of data-related problems and support for users with data-related questions.

  • Education & Experience : Completed studies in business informatics, data science, computer science or a related field or comparable professional experience in the field of business intelligence and data management.
  • Analytical & technical skills : Experience in analyzing complex data sets, creating dashboards and reports, and optimizing data processes.
  • Data Management & BI Tools : Solid knowledge of SQL, Metabase, and other BI or data analysis tools for processing and visualizing data.
  • Data Quality & Governance : Experience in ensuring data integrity, data governance and compliance with data protection guidelines (e.g. GDPR).
  • Problem-solving & process thinking : Ability to identify and solve data problems and to design data-driven processes efficiently.
  • Communication skills & teamwork skills : Ability to communicate data-based insights clearly and to work with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on mentality & initiative : Proactive, solution-oriented approach and enthusiasm for data-driven decisions in digital healthcare.
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
