Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
  • Advising software development teams in the business units on security technologies and
  • concepts and in the continuous development of the cyber resilience of our products
  • Technical support to software development teams in the business units in preventing, identifying and resolving vulnerabilities
  • Conducting threat and vulnerability analyses to monitor the IT/OT cybersecurity of our products
  • Ensuring the conformity of our products with regulatory requirements, in particular with the Cyber ​​Resilience Act and other relevant standards (e.g. IEC 62443)
  • Continuous development, automation, and standardization of group-wide cybersecurity toolchains (e.g., SBOM management)
  • Technical coordination and advice to internal and external partners on cybersecurity issues
Your qualifications:
  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification with professional experience, ideally with a focus on IT security
  • Professional experience in the field of IT/OT security, ideally in mechanical engineering or in the context of industrial control systems, embedded systems or IoT devices
  • Knowledge of current security technologies and in conducting vulnerability analyses, particularly in the area of ​​network security and cloud services,
  • Experience in tool-supported management of SBOMs and in the implementation of security information and incident management systems
  • Knowledge of legal requirements, in particular the Cyber ​​Resilience Act and relevant standards such as IEC 62443
  • Team player
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented work
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
  • Fluent English and good German skills
