(Junior) Consultant Data & AI Strategy

• Advise our clients on the development and implementation of data and AI strategies. You will support our clients through regular, holistic workshops and on-site appointments.
• A key focus is on stakeholder management and the derivation of goals, measures and roadmaps at top management level
• Definition of technical and professional requirements taking into account organizational, regulatory and ethical factors for the development of sustainable Data & AI Governance
• You identify AI use cases along the value chain, use user-centered methods to define requirements, and support our customers in agile implementation
• Conceptual and operational development of a Data & AI organization, taking into account the aspects of architecture, roles, quality, security, and platforms
• You will develop training and empowerment approaches for building skills in the context of Data & AI and share this knowledge with our customers. You will proactively involve our technology partners in the development of these concepts.

What sets you apart

• Completed studies in business informatics, (digital) business management, data science or comparable
• Experience in the form of internships or working student positions, ideally at a consulting firm with a focus on Data & AI or in the context of digital transformation
• Passion for AI, data analytics, innovative technologies, strategy and digital transformation
• Expertise in project and process management
• Affinity for the definition and development of AI use cases (Gen-AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning)
