• You will take responsibility for the development of our platforms, standard architectures and our data strategy in order to ensure an innovative and sovereign data basis for business decisions and to optimally position the data landscape for the challenges of the future.
• You will critically examine the use of new technologies and evaluate their impact on our platforms. You will focus particularly on the scalability and efficiency of data architectures, particularly with regard to the needs of our customers.
• You will support the development and implementation of data pipelines to extract, transform, and load large amounts of structured and unstructured data from different sources (ETL/ELT)
• You create data visualizations and reports
• You analyze existing data architectures with regard to performance, security and cost efficiency and make suggestions for improvement
• You will work closely with IT management, demand owners of the business units and other stakeholders to provide optimal data solutions
• You are responsible for ensuring data quality, data protection compliance (e.g. GDPR), information security (ISO27001) and implementation of data governance guidelines You take responsibility in IT projects

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable qualification acquired through relevant professional experience
• You are motivated by digitalization and want to be part of the energy transition
• You have several years of professional experience in data architecture and data development
• You have good knowledge of common programming languages ​​such as Python, Java, Scala or SQL
• You are familiar with big data technologies such as PostgreSQL or MySQL as well as cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• You have knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools and CI/CD pipelines
• You impress with analytical thinking, strong methodological skills and an eye for the bigger picture in order to be able to present complex relationships in a structured manner
• Your working style is characterized by a strong sense of initiative and flexibility, which enables you to adapt quickly to changing requirements Strong communication skills, teamwork skills and a high level of commitment complete your profile
