Together with our agile development team, you will work on the further development of our product " LXT " – a learning platform including a CMS for companies that provide learning content. The use of current technologies and effective methods is just as natural for you as enjoying your work.

What is LXT?

LXT (Learning Experience Tool) is software for creating e-training courses, developed in-house by our software team. Since you're probably particularly interested in the technologies we use, here's a brief overview:

• LXT is a web application built with Vue.js, Vuetify, and Webpack on the front end and Spring Boot and PostgreSQL on the back end. We also utilize microservices with Python and leverage AI to enable and develop features.
• The application is run in a multi-cloud environment in Kubernetes clusters , partly in AWS, partly in the Open Telekom Cloud; for this we use, among other things, Terraform, Helm, Docker, Prometheus and Grafana; for our CI/CD environment we rely on GitLab.

Agile cycles

Development takes place in agile cycles (based on Scrum/Kanban) and is always product-centric. This means we don't work on customer projects where one deadline chases the next. Instead, we develop our software step by step in versions, driven by demand.

We experiment with "new" things (technologies, best practices, methods, etc.) and integrate them if the benefits are compelling. For example, we use agentic coding to support our development.

We are not afraid to improve upon what has proven successful. Our retrospectives, regular code refactoring, and architectural changes often provide us with the impetus to do so.
